Hours of the Warren G. Harding Presidential Sites will be impacted the weekend of July 19-20 due to multiple events. The Harding Presidential Sites will be closed on Friday, July 19th, to accommodate the opening reception of the Warren G. Harding Symposium. The Harding Presidential Sites will open late at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 20th, to accommodate the annual Presidential Wreathlaying Ceremony at the Harding Memorial. The ceremony begins at 10:30 a.m. and is free and open to the public. Similar ceremonies occur yearly at the gravesites of each deceased president in tribute to their service to the nation. A brigadier general is assigned to represent the sitting president. In addition to the president, Mrs. Harding will be honored for her contributions to the country.
